I am a Jungian psychotherapist, licensed counselor, registered art therapist, and professional archetypal astrologer with a PhD in Jungian and Archetypal Studies. I have worked with women since 2011 focusing on eating disorder treatment, mood disorders, and trauma utilizing internal family systems (IFS/inner-parts) and art therapy. Currently in my private practice I work with adolescent girls to middle-aged women focusing on mood disorders, life transitions, trauma/stress, eating disorders and body image, attachment wounds, grief and loss, work stress, spiritual integration, and more. I specialize in IFS, attachment, psychodynamic, and depth-oriented modalities like dreamwork and archetypal astrology. I also and encourage clients to bring their art, dreams, and/or journals to sessions to process.
